At Timna, we offer an 5 or 10-course tasting menu which is a different and special culinary experience that combines the diverse Israeli food together with cultures and cuisines that Nir has absorbed during his time in New York, from Japan to Mexico, from France to Korea

At Timna restaurant, we offer our unique tasting menu experience with an option of 10 or 5 courses which vary according to the season and the fresh ingredients that the chef chooses. We aim to give our guests an unforgettable experience that turns the meal at Timna restaurant into a surprising culinary event every time
The dishes are individually adjusted for each diner in light of food restrictions and sensitivities
(vegetarian, vegan, without seafood and white meat, per kilogram, lactose-free, etc.)

The full experience of Timna restaurant includes an appetizer, 3 first courses, 4 intermediate courses, main course, and desserts
This menu costs NIS 325 per diner
This menu costs NIS 435 per diner
Along with the food, you can enjoy a variety of wines carefully selected by our Sommelier Roi Nezar, to complete the experience

Chef Nir Mesika
Chef Nir Mesika and Timna Restaurant is a love story that started nearly a decade ago in New York.
The restaurant he founded then, was one of the pioneers of the gospel of Israeli and Mediterranean cuisine. The chef was praised, ranked in the Michelin Guide, and even won the coveted title "Best New Restaurant in the USA" according to USA Today.
In the last two years, Timna has made aliyah back to Israel, and with her also the unique flavors, the raw materials, and of course the chef's famous tasting menu.
