At Timna, you are invited to enjoy an eight-course tasting menu which is the exact culinary experience
we would like to give to every guest who comes to us.
We invite you to discover, get to know, and taste the variety of flavors and cuisines
that Chef Nir Mesika has to offer.


The menu is not fixed and changes according to the raw materials that the market has to offer.


The menu changes from end to end once a month and we invite you to come experience,
discover, and be surprised with us every time.

The full experience of the Timna restaurant includes an appetizer, 3 first courses, 3 intermediate courses, 2 main courses, and dessert.
The menu costs NIS 395 per diner

5-course tasting menu
An experience that includes an appetizer, 3 first courses, and one main course per diner.
The menu costs NIS 295 per diner.
